Driven by great passion, I enjoy working on projects which require data analysis to support business decisions.
I decided to enroll in the master's program, fascinated by the great opportunities emerging from Data Analytics tools.
After graduation, I had the chance to work in consulting services in the financial industry (experience: 1.5 yrs), in particular in Corporate Finance transactions, Financial Reporting (i.e. IFRS 17 Transition Project) and Fintech credit brokerage.
As a business economics student I worked on a thesis project on the topic of agency costs between management and shareholders, analyzing the relationship between the structure of managers' compensation and the tendency to short termism in investment choices.

I was born in Perugia in 1993. For my university studies I moved to Rimini, where I graduated from a Master’s degree in Service Management provided by the University of Bologna. Between 2017 and 2018, I worked for a digital marketing agency. The need to build effective reports and strategies gave me the opportunity to put in practice the analytical skills acquired during my studies, to gain new ones and, above all, to grasp the potential of the enormous quantity of data we can find nowadays. I enrolled for the Master’s degree in Big Data Analytics & Social Mining to start learning those tools and methods that allow data scientists to successfully face Big Data challenges.

Oscar earned Master degree in experimental psychology at the Florence University in 2015, his thesis work was presented in the poster session of the IMRF (International Multisensory Research Forum) 2015. An old and strong passion for the Open source universe directs his interest towards technology and programming, in addition both this passion and his background led him to look at technology from  a human-centered perspective.
